fate's bait

In my silent musings

can i hum this tune forever

a blank paper is my life

waiting to be stamped on

with the impression of numbered days

a ship in the midst of turbulent ocean

aimless , hopeless , clueless commotion

drowned are the enigmas of destiny

searching for answers from trinity

a merky haze drapes subshine

sky now turns to red wine

and i sat helpless waiting for the cess

the drudgery looks so endless

and joys like eyeblink reflex

all i could ever do is wait and wait

time is almighty and i am its bait

a dual between master and slave

i was offered what i never desired

all i am left with is a being dead tired

so i wait till the day breaks

if i still breathe

i will surely rewrite my fate !!
